We’ve known what to do about „digital“ for quite a while now. There isn’t a magic bullet. There’s simply a question of doing the hard work. There isn’t necessarily a pattern that can be followed, and it certainly doesn’t have to be one that hails from the West Coast, though it can be inspired by their success. Perhaps the easiest bit to digest, and the easiest bit to understand, is that the strategy is delivery. That’s it. Work backward from there. The Agile is Dead non-manifesto, that seeks to clear away all of the cruft and crap that’s grown around it, is clear enough and you don’t need more than this:
- Find out where you are
- Take a small step toward your goal
- Adjust your understanding based on what you learned
- Repeat
